Chapter 02 · Venus: Facebook and Instagram

Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads agency

We're a Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads agency for online shops and course creators who are already selling. We make the creatives, test them every week and increase spend in stages, with a cost-per-sale ceiling we agree with you. One launch with €4,600 in Meta Ads brought in €57,000.

Mission profile

Which shops and course creators we work with (and which ones we don't)

Online shops with a proven product. They sell and have the margin to invest, but acquisition costs keep rising and ROAS swings from one week to the next.

Course creators with a saturated audience. Courses, mentoring, memberships or packaged consulting that already sell, through launches or an evergreen funnel, and a list that no longer responds the way it used to.

To get started, your business needs revenue of at least €100,000 a year and the budget to spend from €500/month on Meta. If your revenue is still below that, start with a consultation with our CEO.

We're not a fit if your product hasn't sold yet: Meta is for scaling what works, and validating an offer is a different job. Nor if you need professional studio shoots, which we don't do, or want someone to promise you a return before seeing your data.

Instruments

What our Meta Ads agency does in your account

Creatives with constant testing

With Advantage+, Meta decides much of the targeting. What's still in your hands is the ad. We work with a test matrix that crosses sales angles, formats and hooks for the first few seconds. We write the scripts, edit the pieces and use AI to produce variants, always reviewed by a person before they go live. When an ad wears out, there's already a replacement in testing. We don't ask you to design them: production is included in the fee, with 20 to 50 new creatives a month in rotation.

Campaigns for ecommerce

Advantage+ and catalogue campaigns on your feed, with products grouped by margin. Scaling happens in stages: we raise spend by one step, read the cost per sale and only carry on if it stays below the agreed ceiling. Everything is planned against your stock forecast, and a sold-out product comes out of the campaigns before you pay for clicks you can't fulfil. We run the whole shop through our ecommerce marketing agency.

Campaigns for course creators

The first half of the job is bringing in new people: campaigns to a lead magnet, a free training or a waiting list, measured by cost per qualified lead. For launches we add reminders, sales and retargeting based on what each person did, with scripts for you to record and student testimonials. The full approach is on our marketing agency for course creators page.

Measurement against your sales

Conversions API and consent mode so Meta receives the sales the pixel misses, GA4 ecommerce and a dashboard with the return on total ad spend. We make decisions with that figure; Meta's figure is for comparing ads with each other.

What you get

  • The first month: account and pixel audit, corrected measurement, campaign structure and the first creatives in testing.
  • Every week: budget adjustments, a fatigue check on each ad and new pieces in testing.
  • Every month: a report with the spend, what Meta claims, what came into your shop or payment gateway and what we changed.

Flight plan

How we work

First, a free audit that reaches you in 7 days, with what we'd change in your account, in what order, at what cost and what's realistic to expect. Next, measurement, before spending a single euro on scaling. Then testing and adjustments every week, and a monthly decision with you on what gets scaled and what gets switched off. Data arrives within days, and the cost per sale takes 2 to 3 months to stabilise.

Facebook and Instagram Ads management pricing

From €750/month per channel

  • Meta is one channel: Facebook and Instagram are covered by the same fee.
  • What moves the price: the ad spend we manage, how many campaigns we run (catalogue, lead generation or launch) and how many creatives go into testing each month.
  • To get started: Meta ad spend from €500/month, paid separately from your own account, with no percentage for us. It depends on the niche, but the recommended minimum is €2,000/month in total.
  • Other platforms: Google, TikTok or LinkedIn each add their own fee per channel. We explain which one suits your business on our social media advertising page.
  • Measurement: €700 as a one-off payment when we start, even if you already have something in place.

We give you the exact fee for your account in the free audit. Prices exclude VAT, as we invoice from the Canary Islands; Canary Islands businesses add IGIC. The detail on every service is on our pricing page.

Sexperimentando: €57,000 in revenue from €4,600 in ad spend

Sexperimentando is an online sex education programme. We ran the launch's lead generation and messaging, with Meta Ads and its creatives, and changed the ads, funnel and sales page at the same time. With €4,600 spent, the launch brought in €57,000. That result comes from moving all three pieces together; we tell the story step by step in the Sexperimentando case study.

Who runs your Meta campaigns

At BlueGrow, Meta Ads is run by a specialist in that channel. They build the campaigns, decide which creatives go into testing and every month explain the gap between what Meta reports and what actually came into your account.

Before lift-off

Frequently asked questions about Facebook and Instagram Ads

Meta says my ROAS is 3 and my bank doesn't see it. Who's right?

Both, because they measure different things. Meta counts as its own any sale an ad played a part in, even if the customer would have bought anyway. Your bank only sees what came in. We make decisions using the return on total ad spend, which crosses your shop's sales with everything spent on advertising.

Who makes the videos and images for the ads?

We do, with your material. We need your product and access to whatever you've already filmed; with that, we write scripts, edit and adapt each piece to its format. We don't do professional studio shoots. Producing the pieces, on the other hand, is included in the fee. If you want to appear yourself, we give you the script.

Meta keeps rejecting ads in my niche. Can you prevent that?

We can reduce rejections, although nobody can promise that Meta will approve an ad, us included. We write and build each ad to comply with the policy for your niche, keep variants ready in case one gets rejected and handle the reviews. We've worked in sensitive niches, such as Sexperimentando's sex education.

Will you run the whole launch or just the ads?

With this service we run the Meta ads and their creatives. The full launch, with calendar, lead generation to a waiting list, reminders, sales and a review afterwards, is a project with fixed dates within our course creators line. In the free audit we put in writing where our part ends and yours begins.

Is an Instagram Ads agency different from a Facebook Ads agency?

In practice, they're the same. Facebook and Instagram are bought through the same Meta Ads Manager, with the same account and the same pixel. What changes is the format: reels, stories and feed need different pieces, which is why we adapt each creative to each placement.
