Marketing agency for course creators

We're a marketing agency for course creators who already sell courses, mentoring, memberships or packaged consulting. If each launch costs you more and sells less, chances are your audience is saturated, because it's the same people and they've already seen you. We bring in new audiences, build a funnel that sells all year round and run your launches as projects with fixed dates.

Mission profile

Who it's for and when we're not a fit

We do marketing for coaches, mentors and membership creators whose product has already sold, through launches or an evergreen funnel. For ads, we ask for ad spend from €500/month in total and, for email, a list of at least 1,000 contacts.

We're not a fit if:

  • Your product has never sold. Without a validated offer, ads just pay for experiments.
  • Your message makes income claims that Meta rejects. We wouldn't write them either.
  • You want a launch with no lead generation beforehand. That would mean advertising to the same saturated list again.
  • You turn over less than €100,000 a year. In that case, start with a consultation with our CEO.

Instruments

What our marketing agency for course creators does

Bringing in new audiences

Meta campaigns that take new people to your lead magnet, a free class or the waiting list. We measure the cost per qualified lead, because a campaign chasing the cheapest lead brings in contacts who don't buy. We agree with you what counts as qualified. Each month you see how many new leads came in, what each qualified lead cost and which campaign each batch came from. We explain how we run Meta on our Facebook and Instagram ads page.

Always-on funnel

It sells all year round without depending on a cart-open date, which is why it's known as an evergreen funnel. We build the welcome sequence, the sales content, the permanent offer, recovery and reactivation. Each lead gets a score so your team knows who to call first, and every stage is measured with its conversion rate in plain view.

Creatives and messaging

Scripts for you to record on camera, student testimonials adapted into ads and new angles in rotation. In education, messaging wears out fast, because the audience is small and sees the same ad many times. We start from your voice and your words, and you approve every piece before it goes live.

Funnel measurement

We set up the pixel and Conversions API, events at every step and attribution of each sale to where the lead came from. The dashboard can be read by launch and by month.

Two ways to work with us

Always-on, the one we recommend. A monthly fee over renewable quarters, covering lead generation, the evergreen funnel, creatives and measurement. Between launches, new people keep coming in and the funnel keeps selling, so your revenue stops depending on a date.

Launch. If you're looking for a launch agency, this is the option. We run it as a fixed-scope project, with a calendar, lead generation to a waiting list, reminder and sales campaigns, retargeting based on what each person did (who signed up, who attended, who didn't buy) and a post-launch review. We start work a month before lead generation opens, which in turn comes before the cart opens. Without that lead generation first, the ads reach the same saturated list you want to leave behind.

In both options we review the work every week during the launch window and every month outside it. From you we need the offer and price locked in, testimonials with permission for use in ads and time to record. It's possible to work without you appearing on camera, but the cost per lead goes up. If you have a sales team, they need to call leads within 24 hours.

Mission plan

How much it costs

The always-on option is paid as a sum of services. These are usually Ads (mostly Meta), email and, if there's a team calling leads, CRM and automation. Each one starts from an entry price and goes up with the work your funnel needs. With several services combined, the total usually exceeds €3,000/month. In the audit we tell you which option fits and exactly what it would cost. Prices exclude VAT, as we invoice from the Canary Islands; Canary Islands businesses add IGIC.

Each setup is paid once: email, €800; measurement, €700; CRM, €900. The launch project has its own price: €5,000, or €2,000 plus 5% of what the launch brings in, as long as ROAS is positive. Ad spend is always separate and paid from your own Meta account, without going through us. What drives the price of each service is on our pricing by service page.

Ads on Meta or other platforms

From€750/monthper channel

  • What drives the price: the ad spend we manage, how many campaigns we run (lead generation, evergreen funnel, retargeting) and how many creatives go into testing each month.
  • To get started: ad spend from €500/month in total, although depending on the niche the recommended minimum is €2,000/month in total.

Email marketing

From€400/month

  • What drives the price: the size of your list and how many sequences, segments and sends need building and maintaining.
  • To get started: a list of 1,000 contacts.

CRM and automation

From€800/month

  • What drives the price: how many leads come in each month and how many automations and integrations your sales team needs.
  • To get started: around 100 leads a month.

When we propose the partner model

With some course creators we go beyond the agency role. We run marketing and the funnel and, when needed, organise and train the sales team and define their commissions. We also sit down with you on product and offer decisions.

There's a fixed monthly fee plus a share that depends on what you sell. The basis for the variable part is signed before we start: which sales count, what gets deducted (payment gateway fees, refunds) and when it's settled. The fixed fee covers the work, so it isn't payment by results either.

We propose it after the audit or after a few months of working together, never as an entry offer. It fits when there's a validated product, measurable sales, someone who makes decisions with us every week and the capacity to handle more demand, and above all in education and online courses. We explain it in what the partner model includes and how it's charged.

A launch with €4,600 in Meta Ads that brought in €57,000

Sexperimentando is an online sex education programme. In one launch it invested €4,600 in Meta Ads and brought in €57,000. We worked on lead generation, the launch messaging and the creatives, with ads, funnel and sales page all changed at the same time. The figure comes from all of that work together.

We tell the story step by step in the Sexperimentando case study. If you want to run your numbers before talking to us, try our launch calculator.

Mission control

Who runs it

Meta campaigns, content and email are each run by a specialist. You talk to the person doing the work, with no middleman, and we reply within 24 hours.

Before lift-off

Frequently asked questions about marketing for course creators

My list is burnt out. Does this mean launching more often?

No. The first step is adding new audiences through ongoing lead generation. The launch is the moment to sell to that audience, and the evergreen funnel sells between one launch and the next. Launching more often to the same list would repeat the problem you came to us with.

My cost per lead keeps rising and the leads don't buy. What do you do differently?

We optimise towards cost per qualified lead. A cheap lead who never buys is expensive. We define with you which contacts count as qualified, score each one and measure what it costs to get the ones who move towards a purchase. Sometimes the lead costs more and the sale works out cheaper.

Will you run the whole launch or just the ads?

We handle lead generation, sales campaigns, funnel, scripts, creatives, measurement and the final report. Outside our scope: the programme itself, its content and platform, recording the live session, student support and community moderation. Sales calls are made by your team using each lead's score. Organising and training that team is part of the partner model.

Meta keeps rejecting ads in my niche. Can you prevent that?

We can reduce rejections, but nobody can promise that Meta will approve an ad. We write and structure every piece to comply with its policies, prepare variants and handle reviews when an ad is rejected. If someone promises you approval, they're promising something they don't control.

What if the launch doesn't bring in revenue?

Nobody can promise launch revenue, and we won't pretend otherwise. In the audit we set a threshold in the numbers below which we recommend not launching yet. You can run those numbers in advance with the launch calculator and review them with us afterwards.
