Partner model: we come on board as your partner
With the partner model, we run your business's marketing, your funnel and, when it's needed, your sales team. We charge a fixed monthly fee plus a variable part tied to what you sell.

It's for businesses that already sell and want to grow with us sitting in on their decisions. We propose it after an audit or after a few months of working together, once we know your numbers.
Instruments
What we take on as your partner
- Marketing. The channels that make sense for your business: ads, SEO, email, content and creatives.
- Funnel. Lead generation, sales pages and follow-up on every lead through to the sale.
- Sales team, when it's needed. We organise it, train it and set its commission structure.
- Product and offer. We sit down with you on those decisions.
For this to work, we ask for one thing: someone on your side who makes decisions with us every week.
How it's paid: a fixed monthly fee plus a variable on sales
The fixed monthly fee covers the work. The variable part is tied to your sales. Both amounts are set in the proposal, based on your business. Both are quoted excluding VAT, as we invoice from the Canary Islands; Canary Islands businesses add IGIC.
Before we start, we put the basis for the variable in writing:
- Which sales count.
- What gets deducted, such as payment gateway fees and refunds.
- When it's paid out.
Ad spend stays outside the agreement. You pay it straight to each platform from your own ad account, and we don't take any percentage of it.
Mission log
Why this isn't pay-for-results
It isn't "pay for results": there's a fixed fee that covers the work. A success-only model pushes an agency to pick whatever sells fastest and cut anything that's slow to pay off, such as SEO or training a sales team. The fixed fee means we do the whole job. The variable means we do better when you do better.
Mission profile
Who it suits (and who it doesn't)
It suits you if you have:
- A proven product that already sells.
- Measurable sales, so the variable can be worked out without arguments.
- Someone who makes decisions with us every week.
- The capacity to handle more demand.
It's a particularly good fit for training businesses and online programmes, where lead generation, funnel and sales are closely tied together. If that's you, also see how we approach marketing for course creators.
It doesn't suit you if the product isn't proven yet, if sales can't be measured or if you couldn't handle more demand today. In those cases we start as an agency, with a monthly fee per service, and talk about it again once the business gets there.
Flight plan
How you get to the partner model
- An audit, or a few months working together. Before proposing a variable, we need to know your sales and your capacity.
- A written proposal. The fixed fee, the variable and the basis for the variable: what counts, what's deducted and when it's paid out.
- Weekly work. Every week we decide with you what gets done in marketing, funnel and sales.
We work with five partners at most at any one time, and right now we have two.

Frequently asked questions
Can I start straight away on the partner model?
No. We propose it after an audit or after a few months of working together, because the variable only makes sense once we know your sales and your capacity to handle more demand. If you start with us as an agency and the business fits, we raise it later with the numbers in front of us.
Which sales count towards the variable?
The ones we agree in writing before we start. In that document we set which sales count, what gets deducted (such as payment gateway fees and refunds) and when it's paid out. So when it's time to pay out, we both know what's due without having to negotiate it.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No, and that holds for the partner model too. You pay the ad spend straight to each platform from your own account, and it never passes through us. The variable is tied to your sales, which is what we want to grow, and its basis is put in writing before we start.
Do you also handle my sales team?
When it's needed, yes. We organise it, train it and set its commissions, so the leads that marketing brings in are followed up quickly and closed. Whether it's needed is something we work out from your numbers before we make you a proposal.
This page doesn't name clients or give figures from any agreement. If you want to see how we work and what results have come out of it, have a look at our case studies.
