B2B marketing agency

We're a B2B marketing agency for businesses that sell through quotes, site visits or sales calls. We reach the people searching for your service, send them to a page about that service and follow each contact until they sign or drop out. Every month you'll know what a contact costs you, what a contact who fits your offer costs and what a closed client costs.

Mission profile

The companies we work with as a B2B marketing agency

Businesses that sell to other businesses, professional firms, technical services, clinics, in-person training centres and high-ticket local businesses, meaning those with high-value sales. Your client leaves their details or calls, and someone on your team deals with them and prepares a quote.

We use two trade terms. A lead is a contact who leaves their details or calls you. A qualified lead is one who fits your client profile and has a chance of buying.

Ads need ad spend from €500/month in total. The other requirements are further down, in the price of each service.

We're not a fit if:

  • Nobody on your team can call a contact within 24 hours. The money is lost between the form and the call.
  • You can't take on more clients than you already have right now.
  • You need to know what a client will cost before there's any data. Nobody can honestly tell you that.
  • You turn over less than €100,000 a year. In that case, start with a consultation with our CEO.

How we turn searches into clients

Search campaigns and a page per service

Google ads for people already searching for what you sell, with one campaign per service. From day one we work on negative keywords, meaning the searches you don't want to pay for, such as people looking for jobs or free information. We separate searches for your brand and add your phone number and links to each service to the ad.

Each ad lands on a page for the same service, with a short form, a call button and WhatsApp. If it lands on your homepage, the visitor has to hunt for what they were promised. Building those pages is quoted separately; within the fee, we advise you on them.

In the first month you get the new account and the list of searches you pay for and the ones you don't. That's the work of our SEM agency. The full account, with YouTube and ads for people who have already visited your website, is covered in Google Ads management.

Demand generation

When few people search for your service on Google, demand has to be created. We use Meta and LinkedIn to lead your potential client towards useful content, an assessment or a free resource in exchange for their details. It's the logic of inbound marketing, which attracts people with content before selling to them. Creating demand takes longer than capturing the demand that already exists.

Qualification, follow-up and measurement

The form includes questions that filter out people who don't fit, and each lead gets a score based on their answers. Your salesperson gets an alert as soon as a contact comes in, and automatic reminders go out when someone doesn't reply. Everything goes into the CRM, the tool where your team sees each contact and their status. We work with HubSpot and GoHighLevel.

We log calls and forms. If you have a CRM, we import into Google Ads which contacts became clients, and the campaign learns from closed sales. Every month you see what each lead, each qualified lead and each client has cost you.

If there are searches for what you sell, organic search brings in contacts you don't pay for per click. We explain it at our SEO agency for B2B companies, from €900/month.

Mission plan

How much it costs

The monthly fee is the sum of the services you switch on, and Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn each count as a service. Each service starts from an entry price and goes up with the work your lead generation needs. When several services are combined, the total usually goes above €3,000/month. We give you the final figure in the audit, along with the definition of a good lead. Prices exclude VAT, as we invoice from the Canary Islands; Canary Islands businesses add IGIC.

Setting up measurement is a one-off payment of €700. You pay your ad spend directly to each platform. It doesn't go through us and we don't take a percentage of it. What drives each price is on our pricing by service page.

A document SaaS (subscription software) company. We built a pre-launch with a landing page and a downloadable demo, separation of hot and cold leads, and a sales sequence. We added automated nurturing, meaning emails that stay with the contact until they're ready to buy. In 30 days, the system and the funnel were up and running, with 2 conversion paths (demo → nurturing → sale). We tell the story in how we built the IAutodoc funnel.

Flight plan

How we work and who runs your account

We start with a free marketing audit within 7 days, where we sign off the definition of a good lead with you. That's what the campaign will go after. Then we set up measurement, the account and, if you've ordered them, the lead generation pages. Every week we adjust, and every month we decide with you what goes up, what gets cut and what gets tested. The first data arrives within days.

Google Ads is run by one specialist, and SEO and the website by another. If there are Meta campaigns, the person who runs Meta Ads joins in. Any question gets a reply within 24 hours.

Before lift-off

Frequently asked questions about B2B lead generation

I've tried Google Ads before and spent €2,000 without a single call. Why would it be different now?

Because that result usually has three causes, and all three can be fixed: an account without negative keywords, ads showing for informational searches and clicks landing on the website's homepage. In the audit we go through what happened in your previous account with you and tell you which of the three applied in your case.

Agencies keep bringing me junk leads. How do you avoid that?

With a definition of a good lead signed off in the audit and form questions that filter. The campaign optimises towards that definition. The other half depends on your team, because a good contact nobody calls within 24 hours goes cold and ends up looking like junk.

My sales cycle is three months. How will we know if it's working?

Through intermediate stages. While the cost per client matures, we measure how many leads come in, how many are qualified and how many become opportunities. Cost per sale takes 2 to 3 months to settle, and in long cycles it can take longer. We tell you that from day one.

How much will each client cost me?

You can't know before there's data, and be wary of anyone who gives you a figure. In the audit we make an estimate using your sector's cost per click and a conversion hypothesis, and we label it as an estimate. Once we have data from your first campaigns, we move on to talking about your cost per client.

Who runs my account, an intern?

The person who does the work runs it, and you talk to them directly. There's no salesperson in the middle passing on your messages. The monthly meeting includes whoever has worked on your campaigns that month and can explain every decision.

What if I generate more demand than I can handle?

We match the budget to your capacity. If your team is at its limit, paying for more contacts only lengthens the waiting list and cools off the ones who have already come in. We raise ad spend when you can absorb more and lower it when you can't.
