Ecommerce marketing agency: sell more and keep your margin

We're an ecommerce marketing agency for online shops that already sell and want to grow without acquisition costs eating into their margin. We handle your Meta and Google catalogue advertising, creatives, conversion rate optimisation and email. Every month we show you what you spent on ads, what the shop brought in and what we're going to change.

Mission profile

Which shops this ecommerce agency is for

We work with shops that have a validated product, turn over between €300,000 and €3M a year and have the margin to invest in acquisition. The reason for the first call is usually the same. Each order costs more every month and ROAS swings from one week to the next.

Shopify is our platform of choice, and WooCommerce the second. PrestaShop isn't a platform we offer as a core service.

We're not a fit if:

  • Your shop doesn't sell yet. Without orders, there's no data to optimise with.
  • Your main channel is Amazon or another marketplace. We don't run Amazon Ads or marketplaces.
  • You need a professional studio shoot. We work with your material and with simple recordings.
  • Your shop turns over less than €100,000 a year. In that case, start with a consultation with our CEO.

Instruments

What we do in your shop

Acquisition on Meta and Google, built on your catalogue

We start by fixing the product feed. We separate Shopping and Performance Max from brand campaigns, so searches for your brand don't inflate the catalogue's results. On Meta we set up Advantage+ and catalogue campaigns, as we explain on our Facebook and Instagram Ads management page. We segment by the margin of each product family and scale in steps, with a spending ceiling set before each increase. In the first month you get the new account structure, documented, and the corrected feed.

Creatives with continuous testing

Every month we prepare new angles, scripts and edits for each format, with a test matrix that sets out what is tested against what. You get the results of each batch, with the decision to scale or cut.

CRO for product page, collection, cart and checkout

Using behavioural data, we find where people abandon the purchase. We make changes one at a time and read the effect of each before moving to the next. You get a prioritised list of friction points and a log of every change. It's the method of our CRO agency, applied to your purchase funnel.

Email and retention

We build the welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows in Klaviyo or Brevo. They raise average order value and repeat purchases, and that makes acquisition cost bearable. You get the live flows and the revenue each one brings in. More on our email marketing for online shops page.

Measuring business return

We configure Meta's Conversions API, consent mode and GA4 ecommerce tracking. With that in place, we build a dashboard that sets the shop's revenue against what you invest across all channels. That's the figure you can check against your bank account. Until measurement works, we don't scale anything.

SEO for categories, product pages and buying guides is a separate line with its own price. We explain it at our ecommerce SEO agency.

Flight plan

How we start and what we need from you

We start with a free marketing audit, delivered within 7 days. Then we set up measurement and, on top of it, the account, the feed, the first batch of creatives and the email flows. From then on, adjustments every week and a monthly meeting to decide what scales and what gets cut. The account gives a reliable reading after 4 to 8 weeks, and retention starts to show from the second or third month.

We need access to the shop, the ad accounts and analytics, the margin per product family and your stock forecast. Without the margin, we can only optimise towards the ROAS the platform reports; with it, we optimise towards profit. We also need someone who can approve creatives within 24 hours.

Mission plan

How much it costs

The monthly fee is the sum of the services you switch on. Each ad channel counts as a service, so Meta and Google are charged separately. Each one has an entry price and goes up with the work your shop needs.

Meta and Google ads

From€750/monthper channel

  • What drives the price: the ad spend we manage, how many campaigns and markets we run on your catalogue and how many creatives go into testing each month.
  • To get started: ad spend from €500/month, although depending on the niche the recommended minimum is €2,000/month in total.

Email marketing

From€400/month

  • What drives the price: the size of your list and how many flows, segments and campaigns need building and maintaining.
  • To get started: a list of 1,000 contacts. Setup is €800, paid once.

CRO

From€600/month

  • What drives the price: your shop's traffic and how many pages and tests we run at once, from product page to checkout.
  • To get started: 5,000 visits a month.

Measurement has a one-off setup fee of €700. When you combine several services, the total usually goes above €3,000/month. Your shop's revenue, on its own, doesn't change the fee; in the audit we give you the exact figure. Prices exclude VAT, as we invoice from the Canary Islands; Canary Islands businesses add IGIC.

You pay the ad spend to Meta and Google straight from your own account, and it never goes through us. We don't take a percentage of it, because that would give us a reason to make you spend more. Quarters are renewable and you can leave with 30 days' notice. What drives each price, service by service, is on our pricing by service page.

Los Ahoras, online jewellery

It turned over €800,000 in 9 months, 67% more than the previous year, and two peak-season months accounted for €300,000. We ran the strategy, campaigns, creatives and copy to improve ROAS and refine the audiences.

Macys Digital, electronics in Tenerife

It went from 1,576 to 2,635 organic clicks (+67.2%) over the same 30-day window, 4 August to 2 September, in 2025 and 2026. Its product pages lost traffic every time a product was discontinued. We created comparison buying guides ("best value X", "X vs Y") for searches from people who are already deciding. Those guides, which didn't exist a year ago, added up to 787 clicks. The full story is in the Macys Digital case study.

Before lift-off

Frequently asked questions about our ecommerce marketing agency

I've been through two agencies and all they showed me was clicks and impressions. What's different?

We show you sales, ad spend and return on total investment. The monthly report covers ad spend, shop revenue and what we'll change the following month. Clicks and impressions only appear when they explain a change in sales.

Meta says my ROAS is 3, but my bank account doesn't show it. Why?

Because each platform takes credit for the sales it played a part in. Meta and Google can both count the same order, and Meta can count sales that would have happened anyway. That's why we measure business return, which compares total revenue with total ad spend, using a properly configured Conversions API and GA4.

Will you touch my shop in the middle of a campaign?

Only with agreed changes, one at a time. We work on a copy of the theme and never publish a change at the weekend or during a sales peak. Each change is logged with its result, so you know what effect it had.

Who makes the videos?

We produce and adapt them, using your product and the material you already have, so you don't need to film every day. We don't do professional studio shoots. We use simple recordings and AI-made variants, and someone on the team reviews every piece before it goes live. That production is included in the ads fee: between 20 and 50 new creatives a month, in rotation.

What happens if you scale and I run out of stock?

Scaling is planned against your stock forecast. Before raising the budget for a product family, we check how many units are left and when the restock arrives. If there isn't enough stock to sustain the next step, the budget doesn't go up.
